shortness of breath and tiredness.

is it true that if you sweat in areas like your hands feet armpits and inner legs you will lose weight which will cause a visible difference?
im just wondering cause my friends told me that. thnx

im not fat, in fact, i am below the BMI (male/125lbs). however, my body is not well toned; soft muscle im some areas, somewhat loose/stretch skin in some areas and able to pinch fat from some areas.

if i sweat from working out does that mean my body is reducing my overall body fat and that its tightening? please elaborate

i’ve had this problem since i can remember. it’s really disabling for me beacuse i cant do anything without holding a hankerchief, and i cant wear tops that easily show underarm sweat and my flip-flops always look muddy. if you suffer the same or you know of someone who does, tell me what they do or what treatment do you resort to? tnx

I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) of the feet and armpits. I have an appointment with a dermatologist. Will he help me with this problem?
