I sweat profusely for no reason all the time; I mean we’re talkin’ head sweat, pit sweat, knee pit sweat, and formation of grundle butter. What should I do?

I have a theory that if you wear a scarf to bed when you have a cold it helps you sweat it out and feel better faster. Does this make any sense? It seems to help me.

Crows and ravens
Out of the sky are falling,
Eager to heed
Their master’s calling.

Swans and doves,
Both eternal and white,
Must shield
The lovers’ hearts tonight…

Snakes twine and hiss,
Their venom taints all streams…
Clear drops are no longer enough
For one’s potion of dreams…

Flickers of thought,
Drops of perfume,
Vision of love,
Roses in bloom…

Scorching sea,
Beads of sweat,
Signs of strife,
Ancient threat…

Mortal souls
Have lost their power…
Olden spirits
Feast and devour…

what does it convey to you?
my own creation, of course.
OK stop with the geeky thing.

I think I have a problem with sweating. I was skating outside one day and I was already covered in sweat. The top half of my shirt had been soaked and my hair felt like it just got out of the shower. I had only been outside for about 10 minutes in the hot sun. Is there anything I could do to reduce sweating or should I go see a doctor?

Like sometimes I actually think Im going to finally be able to fall asleep but usually around this time, or around 1 or 2 am I feel like I can’t breathe and then I have to wake up again.

But usually it takes me hours to fall asleep. Such as if I try to start going to bed at 9:00 I will be tossing and turning until 12:30. Im always tired throughout the day but even when I am tired I still can’t relax.

And yes, I tried the exercise thing. I’ve tried reading boring books before going to sleep. Ive tried listening to classical music. Ive tried stretching…. nothing has been doing it. Its like I can’t stop thinking…

Im really missing valuable sleep and this is affecting my schoolwork.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
