How will I cure Sweaty Palms (Hyperhidrosis) using rock salt
or any other home remedies. I can’t write properly nor even type properly
with my hands wet.
If possible I don’t want to consult a doctor.
I just need to cure it at home but I have no idea where to start
, what to start, and what/how to use to cure.

I’ve had sweaty palms for as long as I can remember. It’s pretty embarrassing trying to shake hands with others when you have hands that feel like they’ve just been dipped in water. I’m also not looking for simple answers such as wiping them down with tissue or not shaking hands at all.

Hey, I’m a 13 year old and I am a healthy weight for my age and height. I sweat when walking or just sitting down and when I play football I sweat like mad! I use Lynx deoderant every day, but that doesn’t help.

I haven’t been giving my 5 y/o his iron supplements regularly lately (his count was low).
He’s been sweating like crazy, it used to only be at night but now it’s also during the day, in the A/C, with no hat on (enough that his very thick hair gets soaking wet).
Can the 2 be related?
Yes, it’s just his head.

He has sweat at night since birth (very hot-natured) but never like this during the day until recently.
