I’m hoping someone with medical knowledge could tell me if this tea seems like it would help treat hyperhidrosis or if it’s just snake oil?

Almost every night I wake up and my sheets and clothes are covered in sweat. The thing is, I’m not hot. The temperature in the room is cool, and we have a fan running. I sleep better when I’m cold, but waking up with the sheets soaking wet from my sweat is really getting me worried. Almost every night I have to change my clothes, and put a towel over my sheets so that I can get back to sleep. I’m in my mid-twenties so it’s not from menopause. This happen to anyone else?

ok…i am only 12 years old and i sweat ALOT it is soooo nasty. I dont know why this happends…also this whole school year that recentaly passed i wore a jacket all the time so i wouldnt be caught sweating! my friends ask question and i dont answer…. i try and change the subject! will someone please help me!!

I just noticed this dark spot on the back of my neck and I think it could be a sweat stain. I also have them under my armpits. I just want to know how to get rid of them before they get worse. I hate the way it looks.

I know it’s embarrassing but i have a sweating problem and I have to hold hands in a circle with a bunch of people and I don’t want them to be grossed out. I’ll also be wearing a white polo. Please help!
