Hi there,

I used to take 300mg of Effexor daily. While I was on it I started getting profuse sweating to the point that I would sweat non-stop no matter what the temperature was or what I was doing. I used to almost never sweat before this medication. I thought by stopping it I would eventually stop sweating so badly. It is now 4 years later and I am STILL sweating like a whore in church. Even the smell of a spicy food breaks me out into a sweat. Almost every morning I wake and my bed is soaked with sweat even with the fan going. I mostly experience facial sweating and I would very much like it to stop.

I don\'t want to do surgery for it, but I am hoping there is a medication I could take orally or topically to eventually eliminate or drastically reduce the sweating. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Josh
