Well to get it off your shirt, you can use spray and wash detergent (it’s a brand). It gets rid of stains, even pit stains. Also, you should use dove antiperspirant, they have a new one that makes sure sweat and the deodorant stays on your armpits. I know because I going through puberty.
And I have no idea how long puberty lasts, it’s probably a long time
And my worst problem with puberty is my voice changing, sometimes it sounds like my mom, or it goes really high or then normal. Haha it’s kinda funny
Puberty is different for everyone, but I can sure relate to ur pit stains. U can’t really reduce sweating if ur under the sun or if ur running around, but using a stronger deodorant may help the stain and funk. I like to use men’s old spice fresh or sport. Wen I first used this I fell in love with it. These fragrances don’t smell too manly so u shouldn’t have a problem.
im a bloke but my girlfriend said she used to sweat a lot her advice is to shave your arm pits.
this happens to me a lot. try certin dri roll on! it works for me but im still really self concious. i got the rolll on for night time and then the stick for the morning because i was so worried.
Puberty can last you until college. Try ‘Certain Dri’ anti-perspirant. I struggled through middle school and half of high school with large pit stains that nothing could stop until I tried this. It’s not regular deodorant because it literally closes your sweat glands off in your pits so sweat isn’t possible. It also works immediately after like 2 days, so no waiting for months for results!
I tried pretty much every anti-perspirant in the pharmacies, including prescribed kinds and men’s strong versions (i’m a 17 year old girl). This is a miracle worker!
