In your case you may have "Palmar Hyperhidrosiss". OR You could possibly have an overactive Thyroid gland. This is called "Hyperthyroidism". You can be treated for this. The doctor said that this problem is caused by over active "sweat nerves" (sorry, I am not a doctor and I forgot the official name of those nerves). They did a surgery on the girl to kill off some of those nerves. According to that girl, the surgery helped tremendously. However, I don't believe the health insurance paid for it though.
