The doctor said that this problem is caused by over active "sweat nerves" (sorry, I am not a doctor and I forgot the official name of those nerves). They did a surgery on the girl to kill off some of those nerves. According to that girl, the surgery helped tremendously. However, I don't believe the health insurance paid for it though.
