Unfortunately, excessive sweating is incurable... Try to stay cool whenever possible, don't wear too many layers of clothing, don't drink hot liquids, don't eat spicy food... And practice any form of meditation or relaxation technique.

Don't worry about not having a bf because of this issue... Once you'll meet a person that makes you comfortable and relaxed, you'll be surprised your hands don't sweat!

However, temporarily you may start using Gold Bond Medicated Extra Strength Body Powder. It's available over the counter. Just apply onto palm of your hands once in a while, it should give you some relief.

No doctor will perform Botox on you because there's too many sweat glands on your palms and the procedure is only temporary, anyway.

I heard that botox can help with severe perspiration, but if the problem is in your hands this may not be the answer.
Try to research the effects of botox on sweat glands.

ask your physician. but my advice would be to get botox injected into your palms. my mom works at an office at yale that does this and it freezes the sweat glands. some people get it in their palms, or under their arms.

hope this helps!
