What can I do to reduce body acne?
I’ve been sweating a lot at marching band, and I have noticed a lot of pimples all over my body. It’s pretty disgusting.
What are some things I can do to reduce body acne, or what is a good treatment? I take pills for my face…would the pills also clear up this too?
Thanks!!
I’m taking Dorynex

the pills might help, but it’s no guarantee.
from personal experience i can tell you that tanning helps.. whether it’s natural tanning in the sun or a visit to a tanning salon every once in a while, it helps!!!
1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.
2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.
3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

I use clearisol (probably not the right spelling) twice a day
don’t eat red meat
wear clothing that breaths
cotton shirts
and underwear
dont wear tight clothes when you know you are going to sweat.
when you do sweat change your clothes as soon as you can.
itll help alot!
eat a lot of junk food and try not taking showers for like 1 week but no more than that.. it will seem as it is getting worse but it is always darkest before the dawn. and use a lot of lotion because if ur skin has a lot of oil then it wont produce more.
PS: you don’t sweat at marching band because its impossible to, unless your fat
I would try Neutrogena’s Body Acne wash. It’s demetologist recomened and is gentle. I would shower regularly, maybe at night so you’re fresh in the morning and your sweat can take the showers after a long day in the band. Good luck!
what pills are you taking for your acne? i used Diane-35 contraceptive pills for its purpose but after 2 packs (or 2 months) my skin, especially my body skin, improved a lot. my body acne is totally gone, and my skin has become smoother. i’ve stopped taking it after 2 months since my husband and i decided to have a baby soon, but my skin just keeps getting better…
you should also try ginseng-based soap. i also just started using it a month before i used the pills. but my skin stayed acne-free long after i stopped my pill…
for whatever is prescribed to you, just be patient for its results… skin problems, especially acne, takes time to heal…
The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.
For acne scars and blemishes my wife lighten them up using papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google ‘shopaholic’s bargains’
ClearPores
Consult your dermatologist and asked them about it. But if you plan to use the natural treatment on your acne problem I highly recommend aloe vera and some foods that would basically lower down your oil production. A food that will basically take control of your hormonal functions.
