sweating is a natural action so you are not going to be able to stop it completely – anti perspirants are there to help
make sure you wash under your arms (but don’t scrub) – sometimes having a quick shower is not enough, apply anti perspirant to clean skin (the product is not a miracle worker you have to give it a chance)
what material was your shirt? – anything which is man made or has a high percentage will make you sweat more, particularly nylon, so try and keep to cotton
i no wut u meen..i always go thru that rite b4 i get my period
thats really weird my friend melissa has a best friend named ashley who likes lil wayne and myspace r u ashley ratto?
do you remove your armpit hair weekly? that helps.
you can even carry baby wipes with you, go to the bathroom and clean the sweat, then apply deodarant (i just use dove antiperspirant and it’s good)
hope i helped and it’s nothing to worry about
oh its okay
i have the same thing.
i would never take off my jacket
i would never lift up my arms.
its okay though! don’t worry!
antiperspirant my a**! (never fall for that!)
i tried secret clinical strength,
and it worked, although it ran out quite quickly.
so i got certain dri at walmart,
it works like a dream! just put a few strokes on the night before, and the next day you’ll be sweat-free!
plus, it lasts forever!
Deodorant is just some perfume…..anti-perspirant actually blocks up the sweat glands and keeps them from sweating. So if you’re lady speedstick isn’t working, then find you another brand that may be stronger. You’ll have to try different brands and go from there. I would recommend going to a large store, such as Wal-Mart, and buying the travel sized ones. They’re cheaper then the regular sized ones, and not much wasted if they don’t work on you. Best of luck to you.
they can use botox to paralize the sweat glands but i dont know if theywill do it because of your age. try a clinical strength deodorant
find a antiperspirant that goes on wet and then dries, and make sure when you put it on you don’t just leave it wet , wait until it dries. that usually works for me
The condition you’re describing sounds like Hyperhidrosis. That’s the excessive sweating of the head, face, hands, feet and armpits no matter the temperature or conditions.
The sweating is erratic, unpredictable and uncontrollable. You do have some options.
To stop the excessive sweating try:
1. Drysol – a prescription deodorant
2. Drink more water to lower your body temperature.
3. Drink Green Tea at night
4. Try Certain Dri (non-prescription deodorant)
5. Avoid spicy foods and alcohol
6. try Iontophoresis treatments. You can learn about them through the source link below.
7. There’s something called a Sage Tea Soak solution. Again, you can learn about it through the source link below.
8. If the sweating is bad enough, some people will opt towards ETS (Endoscopic Thorasic Surgery). This is, however, a LAST resort.
You can find tons other suggestions and natural solutions through the link I’ve provided.
Best of Luck!
