I have this problem too. They are in essence, pimples. Your skin has pores all over. Pores on the under side of your breast have a greater chance of being clogged, because of the environment; skin on skin, poor air flow. Use a cotton bra to help absorb moisture (sweat) Shower twice a day with a mild soap, be sure you dry really well, You can use any facial product you would use for acne on your face, on your breasts. Just be sure it's mild. If you use lotion, be sure it's water based, not oil based, as oil will clog the pores.
