   There’s a similar treatment that you’re talking about done at the spas. The treatment is a called a body wrap. There’s different types, but the most popular one is done to make you lose inches of your body.

   You have to strip down to underwear, and they wrap you up pretty tight, with wraps similar to bandages, sometimes they lotion you up with a cream first, or spray you with it. After they wrap you tightly limb by limb, you have to stay like that for one hour, constantly moving at the same time, so you’d be jumping on a mini trampoline or working out on a glider.

   Afterwards they take the wraps off, and look at how many inches you lost. It always varies, so it can be from 5 to 20 inches depending on the person. With this treatment, you’re supposed to keep inches off for a long period of time, and every time you get one done, you can lose more inches.

   It’s not recommended for those who can’t handle saunas. These treatments can be from $60 to $100 or more. Its very expensive, so you can order a kit from online and save money. You can get 12 treatments for under a $100, so I’d say that’s better than having to get one done for over a $100 every time.

   This is a popular spa treatment that celebrities like to have done also, so are we talking about the same thing? Body wraps?
